Our Ice Cream

We have multiple flavours of Ice Cream here at The I.C. Gang both for children and adults, for children we have Vanilla, Chocolate Fudge and Goody-Goody Gum Drops, for adults we have pistachio ice cream and Salted Caramel.

Our Story

Founded company story: Ivan Cofloft was a farm owner who had a sweet spot for vanilla ice cream. After his retirement, he decided to make a dairy shop in his local neighborhood but due to budget cuts he couldn’t continue with store, so he just decided to just sell vanilla ice cream. His shop did well for about a week, but just a vanilla ice cream shop didn’t do well for long, so he created his own version of vanilla ice cream, and named it The I.C. Gang.
